Here’s a short race report on today’s marathon. Things were going phenomenal through mile 21ish. At that point I started having stomach issues and feeling like I needed to throw up. I blame my not measuring the electrolyte powder last night. At that point my pace slowed down from 9:16 pace to 10:15 pace or worse. I posted actual splits later.
